Job Summary
Check incoming orders, pick product from store inventory, and process customer orders for shipment, in-store pickup, or curbside pickup. Maintain a productivity standard of 5 minutes per unit while pulling and packaging in-store pickup orders to allow the styling floor team to focus on styling. Assist the store's Inventory Specialist with shipment processing, replenishment, or store recovery tasks, shifting between order fulfillment and support duties based on daily volume. Work 15–30 hours per week with flexible scheduling, maintaining the ability to climb ladders and lift 20–30 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving skills to arrive at a solution to challenges
- Detail oriented while still maintaining excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently in stores/self-motivated
- Strong organization and computer skills
- Must be able to climb a ladder as needed
- Must be able to lift 20-30 pounds
