Job Summary
Check incoming orders, pick product from store inventory, and process customer orders for shipment, in-store pickup, or curbside pickup. Lead fulfillment of all customer orders while maintaining a productivity standard of 5 minutes per unit. Pull in-store pickup orders to support the styling floor team and assist with shipment processing, replenishment, or store recovery tasks. Work a minimum of 15 hours per week, developing proficiency in point of sale and order creation systems. Maintain excellent time management and multitasking skills while climbing ladders as needed and lifting 20-30 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving skills to arrive at a solution to challenges
- Detail oriented while still maintaining excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently in stores/self-motivated
- Strong organization and computer skills
- Must be able to climb a ladder as needed
- Must be able to lift 20-30 pounds
