Job Summary
Fulfillment Specialist oversees warehouse functions to ensure accurate customer orders and efficient delivery. Responsibilities include labeling, replenishing, box making, loading/unloading trailers, moving products to storage, fulfilling orders, and crafting shipping documentation. Operates PIT equipment and other material-handling gear, adheres to safety guidelines, can read/write/speak English for procedures and paperwork, and participates in training for PIT devices. Part-time weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM) with competitive pay and benefits such as a 401(k) match, PTO, discounts, and earned wage access. Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to read, write, and speak English to understand and follow safety procedures, interpret work instructions, complete required documentation, and communicate with team members
- Willingness to be trained on PIT equipment (e.g., Cherry Picker/Order Picker, High Reach, Movexx, Pallet Jack, Walkie Rider)
- Ability to walk up to 2 miles per shift
- Occasional lifting up to 50-70 pounds with team lift
- Occasional climbing stairs where applicable
- Non-exempt hourly status typically eligible for PTO and company benefits as described
