Job Summary
Fulfillment Specialist on-site at Mount Pleasant facility responsible for processing customer orders, picking and packing, generating shipping labels, coordinating with shipping carriers, and tracking orders. Performs inventory management, data entry in QuickBooks, quality inspection before shipping, and warehouse maintenance. Ideal candidate has attention to detail, strong organizational and time-management skills, and good written and verbal communication, with experience using ShipStation, QuickBooks, and warehouse-management or order-processing software.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience working in an inventory/fulfillment capacity
- Experience with ShipStation software
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Experience working with MAC computers
