Job Summary
Fulfillment Specialist responsible for post-fulfillment outreach, structured communication planning (30-60-90 day and ongoing check-ins) with sold customers, offering products/services to generate Monthly Recurring Revenue, managing contract renewals for retention, increasing fulfillment rates from order inception to installation, and accurately entering orders in back-office systems. Role emphasizes proactive supplier follow-up to ensure timely delivery and installation, SMS/email reminders for milestones, resolving cancellations, and routing opportunities back to sales for new solutions. Requires strong communication, exceptional organization, CRM proficiency, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and creative problem-solving. Experience in sales or customer relationship management is a plus.
