Fulfillment Specialist

Fulfillment Specialist at ABB responsible for releasing purchase requisitions and initiating purchase orders in the ERP system, coordinating with internal feeder factories and external suppliers per delivery schedules and terms. Responsible for monitoring supplier acknowledgments and dispatch advice, inbound freight, customs clearance, and local transportation, tracking PO backlog and expediting activities to ensure on-time delivery, and performing subcontracting, inventory management, and resolution of goods receipts and pending payments. Requires SAP experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and work authorization to work in the US. Onsite role in Richmond, VA.
