Job Summary
Accurately match pre-printed employee ID badges and access cards with corresponding welcome letters, documentation, and shipping labels. Perform double-check verifications to ensure correct pairing before sealing packages, then prepare, seal, and sort high volumes of outgoing mailers daily. Assist in receiving, organizing, and tracking secure stock, pre-printed IDs, and mailing supplies while maintaining a clean, organized, and secure staging area. Adhere strictly to corporate security and data privacy guidelines regarding sensitive employee information and access credentials. Work Monday through Friday from 0800 to 1630 for approximately 23 weeks at a wage of $18.00/hr. Prioritize zero-error accuracy in a fast-paced environment to meet daily packing volume targets without compromising security compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 18 years of age or older
- Standard computer / technology skills
- Ability to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
- Ability to conduct patrols throughout shift
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to remain vigilant throughout shift
- Active NJ SORA license or the ability to obtain one
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse fulfillment, mailroom operations, administrative support, or high-volume packing
- Previous security experience
- Exceptional accuracy and visual matching skills—zero-error mindset regarding personal identification pairing
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive hand/wrist motions (folding, packing, sealing)
- Ability to lift boxes up to 25 lbs
- Strong work ethic
- Punctuality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
