Job Summary

Coordinate daily operations within an assigned production area, providing leadership, department training, and coaching on processes and non-conformance. Develop and assign work assignments while adjusting staffing to meet department KPIs and drive results toward operational goals. Identify improvement opportunities, utilize structured problem-solving techniques to implement solutions, and enforce safe work environment requirements. Maintain equipment cleanliness and workstation organization per 6 S standards. Assist with cross-training, talent development, and performance input. Work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum One (1) to three (3) year experience working in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Experience in working with structured procedures and processes
  • Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
