Job Summary
Lead daily operations within an assigned production area by providing leadership, coaching on processes and non-conformance, and developing staff to support KPIs. Assign work tasks, adjust staffing levels, and drive results against operational goals and Key Performance Indicators. Identify improvement opportunities, apply structured problem-solving techniques, and enforce safety standards while maintaining equipment cleanliness and facility organization. Provide input on talent snapshots and assist in cross-training and recruitment efforts. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring physical stamina, including lifting up to 50 pounds, with varying schedules that include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum One (1) to three (3) year experience working in a fast-paced environment

- Manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Experience in working with structured procedures and processes
- Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence, and/or memos
- Capacity to write similar correspondence relaying opportunities or findings
- Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively and present information in one-on-one or before groups of Associates of the organization
- Bilingual ability, particularly in Spanish
- Ability to perform the analytical mathematics demanded by the business functions
