Job Summary
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to work orders while verifying item accuracy, quantities, and customer-specific packaging requirements. Perform in-process and final inspections of products prior to shipment, ensuring proper labeling, traceability, and documentation accuracy. Label, stage, and coordinate outgoing shipments via UPS, FedEx, LTL, and freight carriers, maintaining shipping documentation and ensuring timely order processing. Assist with inventory control, including cycle counts and stock verification, and identify, document, and segregate nonconforming materials or finished goods. Report quality issues and collaborate on corrective actions, supporting root cause investigations related to defects, damages, or customer complaints. Maintain compliance with quality systems and company policies, SOPs, and safety procedures. Provide general administrative support to leadership as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or manufacturing environment
- Basic math, reading, and computer skills
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask
- Ability to lift, push, pull or move up to fifty (50) pounds or more with assistance
- Close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus
