Job Summary
Process payroll checks, advices, W-2s, and garnishment checks by printing files, operating inserting and postage machines, and creating shipping documents for FedEx and UPS. Monitor tickets to ensure service level agreements and high customer satisfaction levels are met while working directly with Payroll Administrators to identify and resolve fulfillment process issues. Maintain required written records, files, and documentation while following detailed written instructions and pre-established guidelines to assure documents are delivered correctly and timely. This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment with seasonal overtime during peak periods such as the W-2 printing window.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience
- Team player
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency – Word, Excel, etc.
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work on several projects simultaneously
- Detail oriented
- Strong analytical skills
- Able to work independently
- Ability to operate/learn inserting machine
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work seasonal overtime during peak periods
- Exceptional attendance record
- Must be available for onsite work at the OSV office in Dallas, TX
