Job Summary
Collaborate with dispensing pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to accurately prepare patient medication orders, package customer orders for shipment, and receive and stock supplies. Gather orders for shipment per company guidelines, prepare labels, and compose sorting order forms based on courier and class of service. Maintain warehouse stock for monthly inventory reviews, collect restocking information for packing stations, and monitor unlocking stations while scanning data for multi-piece handling. Train new operations assistants and perform monthly audits when applicable. Gather pharmacy files to ensure organizational standards are met. This role supports CVS Health's mission to simplify healthcare by connecting individuals with compassionate care through efficient fulfillment processes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of six months general work experience
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
- Must be able to stand, walk and lift for up to ten hours daily
- Ability to reach, twist, turn, bend, stoop and walk
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Prefer six months work experience in a pick/pack/ship environment
- Prefer three months of work computer experience
