Job Summary

Lead fulfillment operations by planning daily/weekly workload to support sales goals and ensure all orders meet delivery, freshness, and service standards. Directly coach, evaluate, and retain hourly team members while holding them accountable for guest experience commitments, safety protocols, and operational accuracy. Monitor financial and team metrics to identify gaps, implement process improvements, and drive results that elevate the guest experience. Manage store-level leadership duties including back-up cashier, order pickup, and drive-up services, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Collaborate with your direct leader to establish clear goals, close training gaps, and execute merchandise protection strategies. Work a variable schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays to enable efficient store operations and support total store profitability.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required
  • Lead and hold others accountable
  • Learn and adapt to current technology needs
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
  • Effective communication skills
  • Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues
  • Interpret instructions, reports and information
  • Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
  • Climb up and down ladders
  • Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds without additional assistance from others
  • Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
  • Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and reliable and prompt attendance necessary
