Job Summary
Fulfillment Operations Supervisor to oversee pharmacy fulfillment operations for a direct-to-patient healthcare company. Responsibilities include leading a team of pharmacy technicians, onboarding and training, scheduling coverage across shifts, managing end-to-end fulfillment (picking, packing, shipping), serving as on-the-floor primary contact for operational issues, collaborating with pharmacists and cross-functional teams to resolve order/shipping problems, operating pharmacy automation equipment, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement to maintain an inspection-ready environment. Must support volume goals and adapt to a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- California Pharmacy Technician license required.
- At least 2 years of people-management experience in a high-volume setting (operations, fulfillment, manufacturing, warehouse, or similar), including coaching, performance evaluations, and day-to-day performance management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.
- Empathy, patience, and professionalism in all interactions with patients and colleagues.
- Strong critical thinking, judgment, and decision-making skills, particularly under time pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and compliance.
- Comfort working with automation and technology-enabled workflows.
- Proactive, improvement-focused mindset with experience contributing to cross-functional problem solving.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a highly collaborative working style.
