Job Summary
The Operations Supervisor leads the daily fulfillment activities at the West Chester, OH distribution center for Cornerstone Brands under QVC Group. Responsibilities include meeting/exceeding service levels and production goals, supervising and developing associates, handling performance paperwork and evaluations, training and recognizing staff, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, managing daily staffing and hour transfers, and producing production/quality reports (Excel). The role emphasizes leadership, training, and ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency in a fast-paced, live social shopping environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years supervisory experience in a Distribution Center environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced spreadsheets)
