Job Summary
The Fulfillment Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring all outgoing orders are picked and packed within 24 hours, processing returns promptly, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. This entry-level position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years experience in fulfillment is required.
- No history of disciplinary action.
- Experience in fast-paced, high unit retail Distribution Center environment.
- Analytical thinker; able to solve problems quickly and effectively.
- Self-sufficient and extremely attentive to details.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent planning and ability to collaborate with all teams.
- Great organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Jewelry and/or startup experience a plus.
