Job Summary
Conduct supply order intake, triage equipment for re-fulfillment or disposal, and track the end-to-end lifecycle of limited inventory devices across the clinician network. Pull daily reports to aggregate resupply requests into bulk order files for vendor submission and manage receipt, inspection, and proper disposition of returned supplies. Manage all clinician support inquiries regarding supply orders and shipment statuses, including coaching clinicians on reorder best practices. Ensure timely action on bulk order submissions within established SLAs and maintain accountability for order management metrics. Non-warehouse position requiring 2+ years in support or operations.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a Support or Operations role in a corporate environment of a similar size/complexity (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in researching and diagnosing complex problems with the ability to resolve independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing an end-to-end recurring process; seeking to find areas of improvement
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency with Google Sheets / Excel and broader Google Suite platform
- Ability to work overtime, as needed
- Located in DFW metro and able to be in office a minimum of 2 days per week
- This is a hybrid position. You will be required to be in office 1 to 2 days a week.
