Job Summary
Coordinate customer orders from entry through shipment and delivery while monitoring status to resolve holds, backorders, shipping exceptions, and fulfillment delays. Partner with internal distribution teams and third-party logistics providers to coordinate shipment corrections, tracking updates, and related service issues, following them through to resolution. Review operational reports to identify trends and exceptions, supporting continuous improvement efforts that strengthen fulfillment performance and customer service. Work closely with Customer Service, Sales, Finance, Procurement, Product Management, Inventory, and Operations to maintain clear procedures and consistent workflows across the fulfillment process.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, order management, customer service, or a related field
- Experience working with ERP, order-management, warehouse-management, CRM, or shipping systems
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- A detail-oriented, accountable, and collaborative work style
