Job Summary
Fulfillment Manager for wholesale operations responsible for end-to-end fulfillment across full-price and off-price channels. Lead a direct report, coordinate with DC Operations, and partner with Supply Chain and Finance to optimize inventory, ensure pricing integrity, and drive operational excellence. Own end-to-end order management, monitor shipping activity, manage replenishment projections for key accounts, scrub pricing discrepancies, and maintain financial accountability across the order lifecycle using SAP/EDI. Requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced multi-channel wholesale environment; collaborate cross-functionally to support broader Wholesale Operations goals.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in wholesale operations, order management, or supply chain fulfillment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in SAP and EDI
- Strong analytical and financial skills, with demonstrated experience in demand tracking, reconciliation, and reporting
- Proven people manager with experience leading and developing direct reports in an operational setting
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Effective communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
