Job Summary
Lead fulfillment operations in a distribution center, driving productivity, order accuracy, OTIF, and inventory integrity while overseeing receiving, picking, packing, staging, and outbound preparation. Develop and coach a high-performing team of managers, supervisors, leads, and warehouse staff; promote cross-training across fulfillment, inbound, and logistics functions; partner with inbound/inventory, outbound logistics, and QA to optimize workflows; maintain safety, QA/QC compliance, and 5S housekeeping; apply Lean/Six Sigma and continuous-improvement practices to enhance labor utilization and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of progressive experience in warehouse fulfillment, distribution, or logistics operations
- 3+ years in a managerial or senior supervisory role leading fulfillment/picking/packing teams
- Proven track record of delivering strong productivity, accuracy, and OTIF results
- Experience developing high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of warehouse best practices, WMS systems, and quality control processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
