Job Summary
Fulfillment Manager responsible for driving customer on-time delivery for Gentex Headborne Systems Operations in Carbondale, PA. Collaborates with Sales, Customer Service, Product Management, Contracts, Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment, revenue optimization, and cost-effectiveness. Supports sales and business development by providing anticipated lead times, overseeing priority/product sample orders, and leading the weekly Fulfillment Meeting to prevent/recover late orders and ensure timely shipping of future orders. Key duties include overseeing end-to-end order management, government documentation coordination, managing high-volume commercial accounts, aligning with ATP/SAP functionality, driving on-time delivery metrics, mitigating shipping/documentation risks, Returns Management coordination, contributing to E-Commerce and Safety Stock strategies, and participating in Gentex SIOP processes with cross-functional teams. Requires strong communication, project planning, ERP/SAP proficiency, and the ability to lead working groups and interact with senior executives. Location-based responsibilities center on Gentex’s Carbondale facility in Northeastern Pennsylvania with regular travel; the role emphasizes on-site operations and cross-functional collaboration to deliver customer satisfaction and achieve revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years in experience within order management, customer fulfillment, supply chain management, or operations OR Masters' degree with 2+ years in experience within order management, customer fulfillment, supply chain management, or operations
