Job Summary
Oversee the total lifecycle of on-site operations from the warehouse floor to final delivery, managing three core divisions: Route Merchandising/Delivery, Equipment & Service, and Fulfillment. Drive operational excellence by coaching field teams, defending budgets, and utilizing data fluency to make decisions that reduce overtime and lower cost per delivery. Maintain ≥97% fill rates, ≥95% SLA compliance, and zero repeat safety incidents while implementing route efficiency improvements and building SOPs using AI tools. Conduct weekly 1:1s with direct reports to align on performance and open issues, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement across multi-unit logistics and F&B environments.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary teams (Warehouse, Field Techs, and Drivers) in a high-stakes logistics or F&B environment
- A proven track record of managing operational expenses and hitting aggressive financial targets without compromising service quality
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling SOPs within a 'pivot-heavy' environment—you don't just follow the playbook; you write it
- Expert ability to translate 'floor noise' and raw KPIs into clear, executive-level insights that drive better business decisions
- Autonomy: Fulfillment managers act decisively, innovate, and continuously improve, ultimately leading to enhanced operational efficiency, and overall success in their roles
- Business Oriented: Fulfillment managers demonstrate a strong understanding of the company's overall business goals and translate them into actionable strategies
