Job Summary
Own prioritization and on-time fulfillment of non-D2C order types, including wholesale, key accounts, custom logo, gifting, retail replenishment, and photo shoots, averaging 250+ orders per month. Manage custom logo and gifting pipelines from file receipt through delivery while maintaining EDI compliance and packaging standards to avoid chargebacks. Lead a team of 4-5 specialists in hiring, training, and performance management while overseeing embroidery automation systems, machine maintenance, and preventative repairs to minimize downtime. Investigate defects and customer-facing errors to implement corrective actions and durable process improvements. This full-time, onsite role is based at the Austell Fulfillment Center with extended hours during peak seasons.
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics, manufacturing, wholesale or retail operations, hospitality, or another fast-paced, process-driven environment
- experience with key accounts, EDI, or complex customer requirements
- Strong people leader who builds accountability, coaches performance, and motivates teams to operate at a high level, leading with a 'we' over 'I' mindset
- Highly organized and operationally minded, with strong judgment, prioritization, and real-time problem-solving skills across complex workflows
- Clear, direct communicator who creates alignment, delivers feedback effectively, and stays composed under pressure, fostering a team that assumes the best in each other and operates with a shared, can-do attitude
- Curious, resilient, and solution-oriented, with high standards for accuracy, compliance, and execution
- Understands the direct connection between operational execution and customer experience, and takes pride in finding ways to deliver the wow in every touchpoint
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship
- Must be available for extended hours and blackout vacation periods during peak seasons (Stitch and Save Sale, Birthday Sale, Black Friday/Cyber Monday)
- Must be available for full-time in person work based out of the fulfillment center in Austell, GA
- Must be available for summer Fridays with a 1 pm close during the summer
