Job Summary
Collaborate with the Team/Floor Leader to understand daily priorities and execute tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Assemble customer kits by accurately matching brand-specific folders with store-specific materials, then verify all contents, quantities, and customer specifications before packaging and shipment. Perform detailed quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify and correct errors before products are shipped. Load, tag, label, and move finished products onto skids or pallets while accurately completing required paperwork and system entries. Communicate quality, safety, or material issues promptly to the team. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, standing and walking for an 8–10 hour shift while lifting up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for an 8–10 hour shift
- Ability to regularly lift up to 10–50 lbs
- Experience in a fast-paced production, warehouse, or fulfillment environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform repetitive work accurately
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and customer specifications
- Basic math, counting, and communication skills
- Dependable
- Organized
- Ability to work well as part of a team
