Job Summary
Process inbound member registration forms by scanning and digitizing mail, then validate data by cross-referencing with existing records. Manage inventory oversight for office supplies, swag, and P360 units while ensuring timely replenishment and posting outgoing mail. Handle reverse logistics by processing returned packages, managing inbound replacement stocking orders, and accurately handling salvage, inventory removals, and environmentally sensitive items. Collaborate with the Ancora team to update batches for information validation and occasionally assist the Print Facility with finishing tasks. Maintain data integrity and confidentiality while adhering to regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High School degree or equivalent
- Entry-level experience, preferably with some exposure to mail room operations
- Ability to follow both written and verbal directions
- Proactive, resourceful, and a strong team player
