Fulfillment Coordinator

Fulfillment Coordinator role focused on owning and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the Fresno warehouse. Responsible for receiving, organizing, tracking, and storing inventory; picking, packing, and shipping customer orders; running release-based fulfillment during product launches; leading burst teams during peak periods; assisting with customer service with clear, friendly communication; overseeing production of art prints and proofs to quality standards; maintaining inventory levels and equipment between releases; pre-kit materials for upcoming releases; and identifying opportunities to improve processes. Must be able to learn and apply Shopify, ShipStation, Notion, and Google Drive; on-site in Fresno, CA; capable of coordinating a team during busy releases; and open to growth into an operations leadership track. Successful performance is measured by on-time, accurate shipments, well-maintained inventory, high-quality prints, responsive customer service, and a clean, organized workspace.
