Job Summary
Respond to daily fulfillment ticket requests and complete assigned production tasks including printing, collating, folding, stuffing, metering, sealing, counting, packaging, and distributing materials. Operate fulfillment equipment such as printers and postage meters while performing quality checks on outgoing mail. Process member ID card requests, assist with shipping and receiving activities, and coordinate vendor deliveries following established procedures. Track inventory levels to support supply replenishment efforts and maintain records and documentation. Proofread and edit documents to ensure accuracy, support approval processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fulfillment, mailroom operations, or a related environment.
- Experience working with office machinery such as printers, postage equipment, and folding/stuffing machines.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong proofreading, editing, and documentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively despite frequent interruptions.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous mailroom experience.
- Experience with inventory tracking, materials management, document archiving, and records maintenance.
- Knowledge of postal and shipping guidelines.
- Familiarity with mailroom operations and equipment.
