Job Summary
Fulfillment Centre Manager responsible for overseeing the Thornton Fulfilment Centre's operational activities, leading staff, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring targets and KPIs are achieved. Roles include managing trade store personnel, maintaining a productive team environment focused on customer service and sales outcomes, ensuring financial compliance and site due diligence, managing inventory and P&L, providing market intelligence to management, directing sales and promotional activities at the trade store, and coordinating transport resources to ensure safe, efficient delivery. Requires leadership, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to operational excellence. On-site, full-time role located in Geebung, Australia, with a forklift licence, SAP/Microsoft Suite proficiency, and mandatory checks (police, medical) as part of pre-employment requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Prior leadership experience in sales, distribution, or customer service
- Experience using Microsoft Suite and SAP
- Forklift licence is essential
- Full and Unrestricted Australian working rights
- Police check
- Ability to undertake manual handling
- Pre-employment medical clearance
- Location: Geebung Site full time – Mon-Fri 6am-3pm, some additional hours as required
