Job Summary
Regional Fulfillment Center General Manager (GM) responsible for overall management, planning, organization, and execution of day-to-day operations of a 100k sq ft facility in Lewisville, TX, ensuring safety, efficiency, and on-time, damage-free parts delivery. Leads a high-performing team, drives continuous improvement, and maintains compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Key duties include managing inventory, order fulfillment, shipping/receiving; developing and executing operational strategies to meet performance metrics; implementing lean principles; identifying cost-saving opportunities; recruiting, training, and developing frontline staff; managing the FC budget; ensuring quality control and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 5+ years in fulfillment/distribution/warehouse management, 4+ years leading large teams, proficiency with MS Office/ERP/data analytics, OSHA safety knowledge, and specialized experience in robotics, automation, and multi-batch order release. The role emphasizes safety leadership, operational excellence, financial acumen, customer focus, and strategic planning, with a fast-paced, high-volume environment and varying shifts including weekends/holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in fulfillment, distribution, or warehouse management
- 4+ years of experience managing teams (50+ team members) in a high-volume environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, ERP systems, and data analytics tools
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety regulations
- Experience with robotics integration and oversight, conveyance and automation systems, and multi-batch order release strategies
