Fulfillment Center Floor Manager

Job Summary
Lead and develop production teams on the fulfillment floor, manage production schedules and daily operations, monitor productivity, quality, and inventory accuracy, drive process improvements and Lean initiatives, coordinate equipment maintenance and facility needs, and oversee operational reporting, budgets, and vendor relationships on the floor managed by Jim’s Formal Wear. This role partners with Regional Manager and Production Coordinators to ensure orders are pulled, shipped, inspected, and cleaned promptly, supporting the company's ESOP-owned culture and growth across Fulfillment Centers.
Required Qualifications
- Manager / Leader for 2+ years
- Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
- Google Workspace
- Well organized
- Ability to make tough decisions
- Goal-oriented
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Fulfillment center experience is a plus, but not required
- Shipping and receiving experience is a plus, but not required
- Commercial laundry experience is a plus, but not required
