Job Summary
Pick and pack products to fulfill e-commerce orders, ensuring correct items are shipped within expected delivery times. Operate an electric pallet jack to transport goods, visually inspect products to reduce damage, and receive perishable items from vendors while maintaining accurate counts and specifications. Rotate stock to preserve product integrity in cold environments, assist with inventory by cleaning and leveling pallets, and ensure orders are loaded and shipped the same day. Work in freezer and refrigerated spaces at rates starting at $19/hour, standing or walking for 10-12 hours while lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours
- Regularly bend, lift, stretch and reach both below the waist and above the head
- Have the personal strength and stamina to walk briskly for most of the day throughout the facility
- Ability to multi-task while being attentive to customers' orders and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
- Fundamental math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to meet seasonal peaks, workloads, and deadlines
- The ability to work a flex schedule, working various of hours and shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends/holidays
Desired Qualifications
- High school degree or GED preferred not required
- One year of Warehouse/Freezer experience preferred
