Job Summary
Fulfillment Associate role at Spiceology involving picking, packing, and shipping orders with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities include meeting daily productivity targets, reviewing orders for accuracy, packing orders for safe delivery, communicating shipment status and inventory levels, assisting with replenishment and weekly inventory, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and contributing to other duties as assigned. Qualities sought include reliability, positive attitude, efficiency, attention to detail, organized communication, adaptability, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Shift is Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with some weekend hours; starting wage is $18.00/hour. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, sick time, and potential equity after one year.
