Job Summary
Fulfillment Associate role focused on end-to-end inventory flow in a hands-on warehouse setting. You will receive, verify, label, stock, and organize incoming inventory, replenish locations, support transfers to retail stores and customer fulfillment, and pick/pack/store orders for shipment or pickup. Requires strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment, clear communication, high attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior experience in warehouse/shipping/distribution or retail environments and familiarity with inventory systems or barcode scanning are a plus. Location is in-person at South Portland, ME. The role emphasizes accuracy, inventory visibility, cycle counts, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to adapt to process improvements and special projects.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in team-based, fast-paced operational environment
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Organizational skills with multi-priority management
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach during shift
- Basic computer and handheld device proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of duties
