Job Summary
Fulfillment Associate responsible for shipping, packing, staging and shipping customer orders, receiving and inspecting inventory including Level A/C products, reporting inventory adjustments, coordinating carrier pickups, maintaining clean and safe work areas, and operating/maintaining warehouse equipment. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, operate a scale, and hold a valid driver’s license. Experience in non climate-controlled warehouse and forklift/fastner handling is valued. The role emphasizes accuracy in inventory, adherence to safety and integrity, customer-focused service, and a team-oriented culture within a full-time on-site warehouse environment.
