Job Summary
Conduct data entry for prospect and client information, monitor office supply inventory, and sort and distribute incoming mail and packages. Process UPS, DHL, and FedEx shipments, assist with office moves, mounting equipment, and cleaning, and prepare marketing kits for prospective clients. Maintain client files and handle hospitality functions while managing diverse daily responsibilities under a Fulfillment Team Leader. Proficient in desktop PC's, printers, scanners, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; able to lift up to 50lbs. This in-office role at Fisher Investments supports our global investment firm's fulfillment marketing and client operations.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in desktop PC's, printers and scanners
- Experience with UPS, FedEx and DHL
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50lbs as needed
- Comfortable sitting, standing, walking and performing repetitive tasks for extend periods
- This is an in-office role
