Job Summary
Manage and process customer lottery ticket orders and redemptions at the local fulfillment center, ensuring accuracy from start to finish. Keep systems updated with real-time order statuses and tracking information while streamlining workflows to meet daily objectives. Maintain smooth operation of printing and scanning equipment and step in to support various operational projects as they arise. Requires flexibility for a dynamic schedule including weekends and holidays, plus physical ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. This part-time role supports Jackpocket, DraftKings' newest digital lottery courier product, within a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule, including weekends and holidays with a proven track record of reliable attendance
- Experience in fast-paced environments
