Job Summary
Fulfillment Associate responsible for supporting Chicago market operations across inbound, outbound, inventory, and fulfillment workflows to ensure accurate processing through the Carol Stream, IL fulfillment center. Role targets include achieving an inventory audit score of 98.5% or higher, maintaining a hard error rate of 2% or lower, and driving Units Per Hour (UPH) improvements. Requires experience with warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts), and warehouse management systems, plus proficiency with Google Suite, e-commerce platforms, Shopify, and ShipStation. Food and beverage industry experience and parcel/LTL shipping knowledge are preferred. The position is full-time and in-person at the Carol Stream facility with shift hours Sunday 9am–5:30pm and Monday–Thursday 12:30pm–9:00pm. Required Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse roles such as inbound, outbound, inventory, fulfillment
- Experience utilizing warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and fork lifts
- Experience using warehouse management systems, Google Suite, E-commerce, and fulfillment platforms (Shopify & Shipstation) to execute in fulfillment responsibilities
- Food and beverage industry experience
- Parcel and LTL shipping experience
