Fulfillment Associate

Fulfillment Center Associate at Cart.com responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency; restocking inventory and performing cycle counts to maintain accuracy; supporting inbound, outbound, returns, and wholesale operations; maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment; meeting or exceeding productivity and quality metrics; communicating clearly with team members and leadership; identifying and reporting safety concerns or process inefficiencies; assisting with special projects such as kitting and promotional packaging. No prior experience required—just a willingness to learn and work hard. Nice to have: previous warehouse/fulfillment/logistics experience and familiarity with handheld scanners or warehouse management systems. Physical demands include standing/walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs, with overtime as needed.
