Job Summary
Fulfillment & Inventory Coordinator role focused on ensuring camcorder rentals move smoothly from our team to couples and back. Responsibilities include picking, packing, preparing rental orders for shipment, inspecting returned items, cleaning and organizing inventory between rentals, maintaining an organized workspace and inventory system, assisting with inventory counts and restocking, and supporting small operational projects. Requires hands-on warehouse tasks, attention to detail, ability to work independently after training, and comfort handling physical equipment (lifting ~20–30 lbs). Based in Arvada, CO, in-person, full-time, approximately 40 hours/week, with compensation $19–$22/hour and potential for PTO after an initial period.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, shipping, or a similar hands-on role
- Reliable and dependable
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized and able to follow established processes
- Comfortable working independently after training
- Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
- Comfortable handling physical equipment & boxes (lifting ~20–30 lbs)
