Job Summary
Fulfillment Analyst at Bank of America responsible for being the first point of contact for clients submitting implementation requests for Trade products, handling end-to-end processing for less complex implementations, coordinating with internal business partners and external clients, supporting onboarding and post-production retraining, and providing technical support. The role requires excellent client communication (Portuguese and English), strong organizational and time-management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to interpret technical documentation and file specifications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, customer service orientation, proactive ownership, attention to detail, and familiarity with trade finance technologies and data transmission protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
- Excellent client communication skills in Portuguese and English
- Ability to manage timelines and coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Strong customer service orientation and ownership mindset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical documentation and file specifications
- Knowledge of trade finance concepts and onboarding/testing processes
- Familiarity with data transmission protocols (HTTPS, SFTP, FTP/SSL, AS2, SWIFT) and formats (CNAB, EDI, XML)
