Lead a property management team and oversee residential owner communities (WEG) and rental properties with full responsibility. Act as the primary contact for owners, boards, tenants, and external service providers while organizing and executing owner meetings. Manage ongoing projects, coordinate external vendors, and prepare financial plans, accounting reports, and meeting minutes. Collaborate closely with finance, technical, and legal departments to ensure operational alignment. Contribute to the development of the location's growth strategy, including potential expansion of new units or management entities. Requires a background in real estate management and several years of WEG leadership experience. Unrestricted contract with competitive market-based compensation and performance bonuses.
