Manage the fleet's availability, scheduling, and condition while coordinating maintenance, repairs, and technical inspections such as TÜV. Administer vehicle documentation including licenses, insurance, and inspection reports, and oversee the key and tracking system to ensure smooth operations. Support drivers with vehicle assignments, issue resolution, and relevant safety and operational guidelines. Optimize existing fleet processes and independently handle emerging tasks. Based in Berlin with a Class B license, this role offers a hybrid work setup and opportunities for international work.
