Fueling Dispatcher

Job Summary
Coordinate and disseminate air traffic information to pilots, ground handlers, and customers as part of Menzies Aviation Ground Handling. Maintain flight logs and schedules, communicate flight release and fuel load information to operations, liaise with billing for services rendered, arrange accommodations for delays, assist with gate planning and passenger services, and support weight and balance preparations in line with airline requirements. Maintain two-way radio communications, monitor safety/compliance, and adapt to variable shifts (including weekends/holidays). Requires high school diploma or equivalent, English proficiency, and ability to lift 70 lbs; prior operations experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Possess valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and all pre-employment testing
- Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English
- Must be comfortable lifting 70lbs repetitively
- Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Pass FBI background and obtain US Customs Seal
- Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must have high school diploma, GED or six months experience as an Operations Agent
- Excellent communication skills required
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
- Competent in handling difficult situations
