Job Summary
Audit BOLs and fuel delivery documentation, import files into PDI Enterprise ERP, and generate billing to all customers. Review and match vendor payments, process daily fuel price updates, and complete weekly freight billing while maintaining rates and surcharges. Assist with month-end close reviews, create process documentation, and research billing discrepancies. Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve issues. This role requires a high attention to detail, proficiency in Excel and accounting systems, and experience in the fuel industry is desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office with a strong focus on Excel
- Proficiency in accounting software and systems, with emphasis on PDI Enterprise
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and file management skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Customer service oriented with effective communication for both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Positive can-do attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and open to change
- Military time knowledge
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the fuel industry is highly desirable
