Job Summary
Loads and unloads trucks with petroleum products while safely operating vehicles in compliance with state, federal, and government regulations. Maintains vehicle cleanliness, performs daily safety inspections, and checks oil, water, fuel, and tires. Completes and transmits all required paperwork, coordinates with dispatchers, and adheres to Company and DOT/FMCSA standards. Requires a valid Class A or B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, plus a TWIC credential. Includes overtime opportunities, quarterly and monthly performance bonuses, and medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Acceptable driving record that meets company and DOT/FMCSA requirements
- Hazmat endorsement
- Tanker endorsement
- Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) or ability to obtain one within 30 days after hire
- Ability to successfully complete DOT required pre-employment drug testing
- Subject to random drug and alcohol testing in accordance with DOT/FMCSA regulations
- Must meet and maintain DOT and FMCSA qualification standards, including a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate
- Availability to work weekends and extended hours as business needs require
