Fuel Transport Driver

Job Summary
Load and deliver fuel for customers across 40 states while strictly adhering to company safety standards and traffic laws. Complete all pre and post trip inspections, reporting any maintenance issues or suspicious findings immediately. Monitor loading and unloading processes to ensure products are placed in appropriate tanks, maintaining accurate tank readings and bills of lading. Enter all load documentation into the system by shift end and submit weekly logs to management. Ensure truck, trailer, and equipment remain clean and operational throughout the day. Maintain legal logs and hours at all times while following all applicable regulations.
Required Qualifications
- One or more years tanker experience and/or two or more years experience over the road
- Possess a valid Class A CDL
- Able to obtain Hazmat endorsement
- Acceptable driving record
- Able to obtain other FMCSA endorsements as required by the Company
- Able to sit for extended periods of time
- Able to drive for extended periods of time
- Able to climb stairs and ladders, kneel, bend, and stoop
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to push or pull equipment, hoses, and other items
- Able to move about loading, unloading, and customer sites to complete responsibilities
