Fuel & Store Manager (FSM)

Assist the General Manager in ensuring the store operates smoothly, meets sales targets, and maintains a welcoming atmosphere. Supervise staff through training, evaluation, and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods. Manage inventory by stocking products, monitoring levels, and ordering new stock while enforcing safety, security, and store policies. Handle cash management tasks including opening and closing tills, counting money, and deposits. Address customer concerns promptly and analyze sales trends to maximize upselling and reduce wastage. Administer certification tests and ensure crew members hold required TABC or Food Handlers Certificates. Report unusual incidents and store affairs to the Line Manager to prevent operational disruptions.
