Job Summary
Field-based Petroleum Service Technicians perform testing, maintenance, and repair of UST/AST equipment at gas stations, marinas, airports, and more, ensuring regulatory compliance for underground and aboveground storage tank systems. Training provided, with Initial Training ~4 weeks in Richardson, TX and 25–50% overnight travel; after training, 50–75% overnight travel (peaks can require 2–3 weeks away). Responsibilities include completing required training, compliance testing (spill bucket, vapor recovery, A/B inspections, etc.), troubleshooting and repairing UST/AST equipment, submitting reports/timecards via digital systems, and professional client communication while following safety protocols. Opportunities to grow from Apprentice to Senior Technician; emphasis on independent work and environmental/public-safety impact.
Required Qualifications
- 40-hour HAZWOPER training
- Valid driver’s license
