Job Summary
Coordinate fuel deliveries and supplier relationships to ensure uninterrupted service for customers. Monitor fuel requirements and manage refuelling schedules throughout the equipment hire lifecycle. Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to provide timely updates and resolve operational issues. Manage fuel administration, including purchase orders, invoicing, and cost recovery activities. Drive operational efficiency, revenue recovery, and safety compliance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This role is based at the Cannock site and requires experience in fuel, logistics, or supply chain environments.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in fuel, logistics, operations, or supply chain environments, with an understanding of operational service delivery
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office and ERP systems to support operational performance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, working effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Proactive, customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and continuous improvement
