Job Summary
Greet every customer with a smile, engage them with the rewards program, and offer windshield washing to create unforgettable guest experiences. Lead a team by training, motivating, and recognizing fuel attendants while delegating tasks and maintaining accountability. Own fuel operations by completing daily checklists, inspecting hoses and nozzles, staying current on regulations, and monitoring competitor activity. Keep the fuel area safe and clean by maintaining kiosks and walkways while modeling safety protocols. Stock merchandise, manage paperwork, and enforce cash handling and loss prevention procedures. Partner with the Store Manager to hit departmental sales, profitability, and compliance goals. Attend trainings and meetings to communicate with leadership and foster an inclusive culture. Work various shifts including overnight, with flexibility for all weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with teams in a customer-focused environment
- Strong customer-first mindset supported by positive attitude and interpersonal skills
- Proven reliability and accountability, with flexibility to work various shifts, including overnight/3rd shift
- Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, outdoor environments, including all weather conditions
- Solid problem-solving ability with attention to detail, plus basic computer, math, and analytical skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to quickly learn, complete training, and align with company values
- Willingness to travel within the assigned district
